Accessibility & Disability Support
NBS Factory is committed to making its training programmes accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This page outlines our commitments, available adjustments, and key contacts.
Our Commitment
Accessibility is built into our programme design from the start. We continuously work to adapt our content, tools, and teaching methods to ensure an equitable learning experience for every participant, regardless of the delivery format chosen.
NBS Factory is a member of Ressource Handicap Formation (RHF), the Agefiph digital resource network in Île-de-France. This partnership gives us access to specialist expertise and allows us to direct learners towards the support mechanisms best suited to their situation.
Training Formats
Our programmes are delivered in three formats, each with specific accessibility provisions:
Online — removes physical accessibility barriers by default. Each learner participates from their own environment using their own equipment. Compatible with standard video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
In-person — organised in venues selected with physical accessibility in mind (wheelchair access, lift, parking). If you have mobility constraints, contact us in advance: we will adapt the venue or switch to online delivery based on your situation.
Blended — combines online and in-person sessions, with the in-person component adjustable based on individual learner needs.
Available Adjustments on Request
- We offer personalised adjustments based on each learner's needs. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, before the training begins.
| Type of disability | Available adjustments |
|---|---|
| Visual | Enlarged font, high contrast, unlocked Word documents, screen reader compatibility |
| Hearing | Written transcripts, video subtitles, reinforced written materials |
| Motor | Downloadable materials, flexible scheduling |
| Cognitive / Dyslexia | Arial or OpenDyslexic font, wider line spacing, short sentences, no justified text |
| Other | Adjusted pace, session breakdown, extended deadlines |
No adjustment request is too small. If your need is not listed above, contact us — we assess every situation individually.
